Overview
The Compliance Administrator will liaise with estate agents regarding vacant property conditions, manage the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) pipeline including responding to enquiries and highlighting urgent cases, and conduct ID and verification checks on clients and counterparties. The role is fast-paced and requires the ability to multi-task and prioritise, working well both individually and within a team.
Responsibilities
* Liaise with estate agents regarding vacant property conditions
* Manage AML pipeline: respond to enquiries, highlight urgent cases
* Conduct ID and verification checks on clients and counterparties
* Maintain accuracy and meet targets and SLAs
* Collaborate with the Property Sales Developer team and other colleagues
Qualifications
* Good with people; calm under pressure with high levels of accuracy
* Good general education; proficient with computers, including intermediate Microsoft Office; experience with spreadsheets and databases
* Confident and professional communicator (in person, on the phone, or via email); self-motivated to juggle multiple tasks
Salary and Benefits
Base pay range shown: Salary £23,319.80 plus bonus (OTE £27,501).
