Job Opportunity: 2-Person Groundworks Gang - Fareham
1. Location: Fareham
2. Start Date: ASAP
We are currently seeking a 2-person experienced groundworks gang to join ongoing works. The ideal team will hold the necessary tickets between them to operate efficiently and safely on-site.
Essential Tickets (Between the Gang of 2):
3. NRSWA Street Works
4. Cat & Genny
5. 360 Excavator
6. Valid CSCS Card
️ Key Responsibilities:
7. Carrying out groundwork duties including excavation, trenching, backfilling, and reinstatement
8. Operating machinery (360 digger) and using cable detection tools (Cat & Genny)
9. Working safely around utilities and in public areas
10. Completing tasks in line with street works regulations
11. Communicating effectively as a team and with site supervisors
