The Role:
As an Assistant Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring that our high standards of care and service are consistently met. This position offers the chance to work closely with a team of experienced healthcare professionals and contribute to the clinic's overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing clinic operations, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
* Support the Clinic Manager in administrative duties, such as inventory management, recruitment, record keeping, and financial reporting.
* Participate in staff training and development initiatives to foster a supportive and knowledgeable clinic environment.
Requirements:
* Experience in healthcare setting, in supervisory role.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care.
* A commitment to upholding the clinic's values of compassion, excellence, and innovation.
* Proficiency in using medical software and Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
