What You’ll Be Doing
As a Management Trainee, you will:
* Complete rotational placements across key departments to gain broad business exposure
* Support teams with project work and day‑to‑day operational activities
* Carry out assigned tasks accurately, professionally, and to agreed deadlines
* Contribute ideas and participate actively in meetings, training sessions, and development activities
* Build strong working relationships with colleagues across the business
* Take ownership of your personal development and continuous learning
* Fully engage with apprenticeship and training requirements throughout the programme
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals who are keen to develop a long-term career with Dandara.
Essential Requirements
* GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above
* Completed or predicted completion of a Level 3 qualification (A Levels, T Level, or equivalent)
* Right to work in the UK
* Ability to travel between sites and offices when required
