Your new role
Our client is seeking an experienced qualified solicitor (4+ years PQE) to join a growing team whoseprehensive claims handling, and risk mitigation service is tailored to limit costs, time and stress. You will be expected to proactively lead cases, identifying key issues to set strategy and progress matters efficiently with a meticulous eye for detail.Exceptional client care is paramount to success in this position — building rapport, identifying vulnerabilities, and ensuring clients receive the support, clarity, and empathy needed when navigatingplex or sensitive matters.The role requires strong drafting skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work accurately under pressure to meet KPIs.
What you'll need to succeed
To be a senior multi-track solicitor who has a minimum litigation experience of 4+PQE in handling defendant EL and PL claims with high-quality serviceProven ability to run defendant personal injury matters independently, confidently navigatingplex intermediate and multi-track casesPrevious experience leading/assisting with higher value catastrophic injury claims valued over £1,000,000 is necessarySimilarly, experience of running a varied defendant EL/PL workload from a retail perspective is also seen favourablyTo be a proactive individual who remains calm under pressure when managing a high volume of caseloads, whilst still maintaining excellent levels of serviceTo possess unparalleled client care standards, whereby clear,mercially sound written and verbalmunication are delivered with professionalismExperience liaising with medical experts, counsel, investigators and other partners in the litigation processTo be a collaborative team player, with an approach to ongoing learning and professional development, whilst supporting colleagues and contributing to shared team goals
