Chef de Partie - Fresh Food Kitchen / Gastro Pub Location: Oxfordshire, Cotswolds Salary: £37,500 OTE per year (48 hours, hourly paid) Hours: Full-time We are recruiting a talented Chef de Partie for a busy fresh food gastro pub in the Cotswolds. This venue offers modern British cuisine, seasonal menus, and a focus on local organic ingredients. The kitchen team is expanding, and this is an excellent opportunity for a chef who wants to grow their skills in a professional and supportive environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard. Run your section efficiently during service. Support Head Chef and Sous Chef with kitchen operations. Train and guide Commis Chefs and junior team members. Maintain food hygiene, health & safety, and cleaning standards. Requirements Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie. Background in fresh food, gastro pub, or restaurant kitchens. Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure. Passion for seasonal, sustainable food and modern British cuisine. Positive attitude and a team-player approach.
