A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT MANAGER AT OUR HOTEL What you'll be doing Lead and oversee the daily restaurant operations, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. Inspire, manage, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding service at all times. Drive service standards, maintaining a welcoming, professional, and premium atmosphere throughout the restaurant. Monitor reservations, seating plans, and service flow to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and high-quality food delivery. Handle guest feedback with professionalism, resolving concerns quickly and positively. Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency to meet financial targets. Ensure compliance with health & safety, licensing, and company policies. Oversee cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance of the restaurant environment. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Proven experience in a restaurant management or senior supervisory role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. Commercial awareness with an understanding of budgeting and cost control. Outstanding communication and guest service skills. A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining exceptional standards. Dedication to creating memorable dining experiences for every guest.
