BUSINESS MANAGER\n\nPRESTIGE FRANCHISED DEALERSHIP - MANCHESTER\n\nOur client is looking to recruit a highly experienced and qualified Business Manager to join their Used Car team.\n\nThey are looking for someone who is driven to take on this position with passion and enthusiasm\n\nSalary: Basic £31,750 | OTE £56,750+\n\nWorking hours/days:\n\nMonday to Friday - 8:30am to 6pm\n\nSaturday - 9am to 5pm | Sunday - 11am to 4pm\n\nJob Role:\n\nTo maximise sales opportunities for the dealership by offering finance solutions & add on products to customers and to ensure each customer receives excellent customer service\n\nWorking closely with Sales Manager to deliver excellent business results.\n\nKey Objectives:\n\nTo sell finance solutions to customers thereby ensuring an efficient and profitable contribution to the dealership\n\nIdentify customer needs using effective questioning and listening techniques.\n\nPresent features and benefits of the different finance products to the customer.\n\nMaintain effective relationships with finance company representatives.\n\nEnsure all documentation, quotes, proposals etc. are completed and processed accurately.\n\nConfirm any financial settlement on all vehicles taken in part exchange and arrange settlement on completion.\n\nKeep fully up to date with product knowledge on the full suite of finance products available.\n\nMaintain product knowledge and that of its competitors.\n\nMaintain supportive relationships with the sales team\n\nMaintain safe working practices at all times as detailed by the dealership.\n\nAbout You:\n\nTo be an accomplished and successful RSM/BM with a main dealership\n\nPassionate and driven, motivated to succeed\n\nTo have excellent communication skills\n\nThe key for this role is an individual that is driven to sell, engages with the Sales team and wants to earn strong commission\n\nBusiness Managers play an important role in managing and growing all aspects of the F&I within a busy sales environment.\n\nYour role will be to coordinate, direct and control the activities of a highly skilled sales team to exceed their potential.\n\nYou will ensure that customers fully understand the obligations they have entered into and that in line with TCF.\n\nYou will drive the team to deliver the highest level of customer service.
