3t Managed Services provides global training and competency management services to leading Oil and Gas, Renewables, and Public Sector organisations, delivering solutions that drive compliance and safety.
The Role
As a Competency Coordinator, you will facilitate and administer the competency framework, managing all aspects of competence requirements for TMS client employees, including enrollments, queries, and certification processing.
* Manage Competence Mailbox efficiently
* Oversee Candidate Progress
* Compile and distribute Monthly Competence reports
* Compile monthly MAH Training & Competence figures
* Act as SQA and OPITO Focal Point
* Process SQA and OPITO certifications
* Participate in Quarterly Platform Management WebEx Calls
* Serve as OPITO Apprentice Technician Focal Point
* Manage the Competency Management Hub
* Set up portfolios within Livelink system
* Attend and participate in Quarterly Strategy Meetings
* Communicate interdepartmental changes monthly
* Develop process maps
* Organize ERT candidate evidence and assessment records
* Undertake additional duties as assigned by the TMS Team Lead

Location: 2 days per week at our client site (Kingswells), at least 1 day in our Dyce office, and up to 2 days remote.
Salary: £26,727.26 - £31,181.81 per year
