The role of the Talent Acquisition is to attract, engage and acquire the best, most diverse talent to enable sustainable business growth and, where applicable transformation. To deliver in this Talent Battleground, TA needs to reorganise in an agile structure bringing Recruiters, Sourcers, Recruitment Marketing and Administrator resources from across the markets to work together. The TA Lead will manage this global team and be a point of contact for function leaders and P&O BPs. The Administrator will support the team lead with the day-to-day logistics of interviews, hiring and assessment for positions across the globe. This will work with the PMO to maintain demand trackers and ensure roles flow Into the team and are assigned to the right DDT TA Partner. What will be your key responsibilities? Help Hiring Managers with Work Day Issues – How to Guides, Teams call for problem solving. Educate HMs and BPs in Workday – roles, changing location, direct pay proposals. Manage, schedule and arrange the logistics for virtual and in person interviews across segments. This will lead engagement with the coordinators of senior leaders, the candidates, P&O and the recruiter responsible for the individual position, Align with the TAC team in the US, Brazil, Mexico, France, India, China on WOWs for offer management. Track, update and format the project trackers. This is currently created in excel and acts as a one source of truth for all stakeholders. Support the team in creating specific documents, templates, reports and other ad-hoc requests, Basic project management tasks. Attend project calls and be informed of the progress.
