Description
Are you a digital marketing manager looking for your next career challenge?
Do you want to join a charity and utilise your skills to project management across a range of digital marketing initiatives, whilst also connecting and bringing together specialist teams from a data perspective?
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Project Manager to join our growing Digital Engagement team at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity (GOSH Charity) on a permanent full-time contract.
The salary for this position is £43,994.00 and we operate a hybrid working policy of 2 days per week in the office.
In line with our EDI strategy and Total Reward policy, we calculate our salaries based on benchmarking data across the charity sector. To ensure fairness for existing staff and new joiners, we do not offer salaries above the advertised rate.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and evolve cross-team planning forums to ensure they are engaging, useful and encourage integration.
* Support the production of planning templates or campaign toolkits (e.g. campaign briefs, digital planning templates) to improve consistency and reduce duplication of effort.
* Maintain a central campaign/project tracker (e.g. Trello, Jira), regularly updating it with new activity, status, and ownership across Digital Engagement.
* Support teams in developing and using campaign KPIs, ensuring measurement frameworks are aligned to departmental goals.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Managing digital or marketing projects across multiple channels or teams
* Experience using project management tools (e.g. Trello, Jira, Asana)
* Experience working in or with digital teams including Paid, CRM or Web
* Understanding of how different digital marketing channels interact to deliver integrated outcomes
* Deep understanding of campaign measurement or digital marketing KPIs
Please note that this role will focus on internal marketing projects, rather than campaign management.
About The team
You will be part of the Digital Engagement team, working within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment that supports innovation, shared learning and inclusive values. The team’s work drives online supporter interaction through digital marketing campaigns, while strategically advancing and innovating the charity’s digital marketing platforms and capabilities.

At Great Ormond Street Hospital Charity, we help the hospital go above and beyond for seriously ill children, enabling kinder and better treatments, bringing hope for children with the rarest and most complex illnesses, and making hospital a little bit easier and a lot more fun for the thousands of children who are treated at GOSH every year. Our staff raise vital funds to support ground-breaking research, cutting-edge medical equipment, and the creation of child-centred facilities to help save more young lives, and essential support services that help save childhoods too.
