An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading financial institution seeking a Vice President, Credit Risk with a focus on the Energy Sector.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced credit officer with a strong background in corporate credit risk, particularly across:
* Oil & Gas
* Utilities
* Commodity Trading Houses
You will play a key role in assessing and managing credit exposures within these sectors, ensuring robust risk analysis and decision-making in line with regulatory and internal risk frameworks.
Key Requirements
* Demonstrable experience in corporate credit risk analysis within the energy sector
* Strong understanding of structured commodity trade finance
* Familiarity with lending and derivative products used in energy and commodity markets
* Proven ability to assess complex counterparties and structures
