About the role:

As a Trainee Business Partner, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for managing various aspects of human resources, employee relations, performance management, culture and recruitment. You'll have the opportunity to drive, manage and coordinate the development and implementation of HR initiatives that align with our company's goals and values. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and creativity and flexibility are valued traits.

A CIPD qualification is an essential criteria of the role.

The role will involve travel to various sites across the North East therefore having a driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.

You will need to be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, have a drive; and you must be people-centred with good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong, working relationships with all of our service areas. This will include working closely with Managers and Principals to annually plan HR activities, challenges and opportunities, ensuring the HR advisory service is proactive and effective.
