Responsibilities
* Supervising and motivating team members to deliver exceptional customer service.

* Managing daily operations including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and till reconciliation.
* Overseeing stock levels, placing orders, and minimizing waste.
* Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and customers.
* Training new staff and supporting ongoing development of the team.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within fast-food or hospitality industry.
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Good understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
