Pay Rates Days: £12.50 to £16.60 per hour Nights: £13.50 to £17.70 per hour Benefits Weekly pay Accrued or rolled up holiday pay Dedicated consultant Ongoing training Refer a friend scheme - earn £300 for each referral Requirements Eligible to work in the UK At least 6 months of experience as a residential children support worker in a residential setting within the last 3 years. Your own car and a full UK driving licence. Children and adults enhanced DBS on the update service. Overseas police certificate, if you have lived outside the UK in the last 5 years. NVQ level 3 in children and young people (or equivalent) is desirable. Experience with behavioural and complex needs is essential.
