Contract Role: Infrastructure Specialist
📍 North West (Travel Required) | 💼 350 Outside IR35 (Pending SDS)| 📅 6 Month Contract
Our client is seeking a data-driven IT professional with strong compliance, reporting, and infrastructure experience to support a fast-paced technical environment. This role will suit someone with hands-on expertise across Microsoft 365, firewalls, VoIP platforms, and ISO-aligned service delivery.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1. Administer, configure, and secure Microsoft 365 services
2. Lead PCI DSS SAQ-D v4 submissions and maintain compliance documentation
3. Manage VoIP platforms (8x8, Avaya, Connex) and support campaign operations
4. Administer firewalls, VPNs, switches, and routers
5. Oversee Windows 11 upgrades and hardware lifecycle management
6. Manage organisational data and deliver compliance and client-facing reports
✅ What We're Looking For
7. Proven Microsoft 365 administration experience
8. Knowledge of PCI DSS SAQ-D v4 compliance requirements
9. Hands-on VoIP platform support
10. Network/firewall and OS upgrade expertise
11. Advanced Excel and database management skills
12. ISO experience and familiarity with audit frameworks
13. Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
14. Willingness to travel between Harrogate and Leeds sites
15. Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills
