Your responsibilities will include: Providing high-quality, person-centred care tailored to individual needs. Supporting clients in achieving their rehabilitation and development goals. Assisting with daily living tasks and meaningful activities. Facilitating community engagement and social participation. Working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team. Managing complex behaviours and associated risks. Providing specialist support for individuals with acquired brain injuries, mental health difficulties & learning disabilities. Shifts: Both days and nights. Requirements: MAPA/PMVA preferred but not essentialfull training is provided! If youre caring, motivated, and ready to make a difference, wed love to hear from you!
