About the Role

The role involves working 5/6 days per week, with increased hours over weekends during busy periods and private events.

About You
* Must have a background in premium, comparable French/Modern European high-end restaurant operations, with seafood experience as an advantage.
* Competent with fish and seafood dishes, including filleting, sauces, carpaccios, and tartars.
* Unfazed by provisioning and shopping.
* Highly organized.
* French speaker is an advantage.
* Knowledge of wines and delicatessen operations is a plus.
* You will report to the owner and collaborate on the menu, who also manages a successful second operation.
* A flexible and adaptable mindset with a sense of humor is required.
* Stable work history with excellent, verifiable references.
* Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* A calm, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering quality products, open-mindedness, and enjoyment of working in a multicultural environment.
Salary and Benefits
* Standard international benefits, including cottage accommodation on the island (own bedroom and kitchen, 2 mins from the beach) near the workplace.
* Use of a provided car (must have a valid driving license).

* Salary approximately £36,000 UK equivalent (dependent on experience) plus apartment.
* Opportunity to explore the islands, with potential for six weeks off during the quiet period.
