- Experienced Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- Passionate about fresh, seasonal food and high:quality presentation
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Confident supporting the Head Chef with operations, standards, and menu development
- Organised, calm under pressure, and driven to deliver consistency every service
