Customer Service and Sales Representative - TOOTBUS London
We are seeking talented, enthusiastic, dynamic, and customer-oriented SALES REPRESENTATIVES to join our On-Street Sales team. Your role will be pivotal in driving ticket sales and increasing revenue throughout the season.
This varied and enjoyable role involves meeting people from around the world and helping them maximize their visit using our range of tours and experiences. It is ideal for candidates with sales, retail, and customer service experience.
As an ambassador for TOOTBUS London, you will proactively promote ticket sales for sightseeing tours covering London's main attractions. Providing high-quality service, promoting our products, and offering local advice are key responsibilities.
Experience and Skills
* Passion and flair for excellent customer care, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
* High standards of presentation, punctuality, and teamwork.
* A passion for sales and a results-driven attitude.
* Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is desirable.
Job Details
* Seasonal short-term contract from now until 30 September 2025, with potential for permanent opportunities after a successful first season. Contract duration is flexible.
* Ability to work outdoors in a tourist environment in Central London.
* Average of 9 hours per day, any 5 days a week, including weekends.
* Availability during peak season from April to August is required.
* Pay Rate: Basic hourly rate of £13 (increasing to £13.52 from 31 March 2025). Commission is also available, with an average of £20–£40 daily based on personal sales, potentially higher during the peak season.
