Unique Support & Care is recruiting on behalf of a private client for a caring and compassionate Support Worker to provide friendly, one‑to‑one support to a young woman with mild learning difficulties. This role is less about personal care and more about companionship, encouragement, and shared activities. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with others and supporting independence in a relaxed, positive way. About the Role You will be supporting a young female in her local community, helping her to: Plan and enjoy activities she likes (such as outings, games, creative activities or gentle exercise) Build confidence and independence Enjoy positive social interaction and companionship Feel supported, listened to, and encouraged This is a low‑pressure, rewarding role suited to someone who is warm, patient, and engaging. Who We’re Looking For A female Support Worker, ideally in a similar age range (20s–30s) Someone kind, reliable, and genuinely compassionate Experience supporting people with learning difficulties is helpful but not essential A positive attitude and good communication skills are key Why This Role?
