We are seeking an enthusiastic and adaptable Year 1/2/3 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school on a long-term temporary contract. This is a great opportunity for a creative teacher who can inspire and motivate children across lower Key Stage 1 and lower Key Stage 2. Starting ASAP.
Duties as Year 1/2/3 Teacher:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of mixed-age classes (Years 1–3).
* Differentiate learning to ensure every child makes progress and develops confidence.
* Assess, record and report on pupil achievement and well-being.
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that promotes curiosity and independence.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers to support each child’s learning journey.
Ideal Year 1/2/3 Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of the KS1 and lower KS2 curriculum.
* Excellent classroom management, organisational and communication skills as a Year 1/2/3 Teacher.
* Ability to inspire, motivate and engage pupils of varying abilities.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
