Overview
Customer Advisor - Checkouts. Part Time – 22.5 hours per week. 3 Month Fixed Term Contract. Shifts available Monday – Sunday, 7:00am – 10:00pm. UK Notional hourly rate £13.10 per hour. Location: B&Q Yate. We believe anyone can improve their home to make life better. Responsibilities
* Become an expert advisor, guiding customers in home improvement projects.
* Deliver great customer service at the tills, whilst also handling sales functions such as click & collect.
* Set up displays and ensure the store looks great.
* Be trained in various areas, with the main aim being excellent customer service.
Qualifications & Attributes
* Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic about helping customers.
* Eager to learn and eager to use new technology.
* Obsession with home improvement.
* Excellent teamwork skills.
* Flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
