About the Role
:
The Supervisor is a key frontline leader who supports the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader in driving an exceptional customer experience and maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the daytoday leadership of the retail team, ensuring everyone understands expectations and feels confident in their role.
2. Lead by example through outstanding customer service, product knowledge, and demonstration standards.
3. Provide realtime coaching and guidance on the shop floor to elevate team performance.
4. Ensure every customer receives a warm, tailored, and premium experience reflective of the luxury standards.
5. Step in to handle customer queries or service challenges with professionalism and empathy.
6. Help the team adapt to the needs of a wide variety of international visitors and VIP guests.
7. Support daily operational tasks including opening/closing duties, compliance checks, stock management, and daily briefings.
8. Maintain exceptional store presentation to reflect both Dyson’s brand identity and the high standards.
9. Monitor stock levels, assist with replenishment, and communicate issues quickly and accurately.
10. Support the store leadership by driving sales performance and inspiring the team to achieve targets.
11. Lead engaging product demonstrations that showcase Dyson’s technology with clarity and enthusiasm.
12. Understand store KPIs and help coach the team on the behaviours that influence performance.
13. Partner effectively with the Store Leader, Assistant Store Leader, and wider Dyson Retail teams.
14. Communicate updates, expectations, and priorities clearly to the team to ensure alignment throughout the day.
About You:
You’ll shine as a Supervisor if you are:
15. Experienced in retail or customerfacing roles, ideally with some leadership responsibilities.
16. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting others to do the same.
17. Comfortable taking initiative and acting as a point of escalation or guidance for team members.
18. Adaptable and efficient in a fastmoving, diverse, and premium retail environment.
19. Enthusiastic about technology and excited to share Dyson’s innovations with customers.
20. Reliable, organised, and proactive in maintaining high operational and store standards.
