Company: - Seeking Design Engineer, Fire Alarm Designer/ Fire Estimator A leading provider of fire alarm and lighting systems, is expanding and seeking a Fire Alarm and Lighting Design Estimator to join them. This role allows you to work from home and visit sites and customers to survey as necessary. Job Description: As a Fire Alarm Design Estimator, you'll estimate and help price and tender for new Fire SYstems and Life Safety Projects for your company with existing or new clients such as Housing Associations, Care Homes and Local Council Authorities As a Fire Design Engineer you will be able to design Fire Alarm systems to L and P standards, and lay out lighting Systems as well. Experience needed: • Proven fire alarm system design experience • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations such as BS5839 • Strong estimation and proposal skills.
