Credit Controller
Location: Ely, Hybrid working available
Hours: Circa 32 hours per week
Hourly Rate: Negotiable DOE
Duration: Ongoing, temporary
Our client is a globally recognised industry leader with a strong presence in both commercial and consumer markets. They are now looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join their dynamic finance team, to provide temporary cover during a period of absence in the team.

Job Duties:
* Conducting credit checks and managing credit limits
* Proactively contacting customers with outstanding balances and tracking follow-ups
* Investigating disputed claims and ensuring timely resolution
* Managing customer accounts, including onboarding and updates
* Performing month-end closing tasks
* Posting bank transactions and maintaining accurate records
* Work cross department to ensure all issues and queries are resolved
What we are looking for:
* Excellent communication skills are essential for this role
* Experience in a similar credit control or finance role
* Experience with Microsoft and strong Excel skills
* Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
