The Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is ready to make an impact. Ideally, you will:
* Be a recognized Senior Quantity Surveyor with strong commercial awareness focused on profit and cash.
* Have prior experience with Construction Management (CM) projects.
* Manage a range of commercial aspects including procurement, tendering, contract administration, variations, and subcontract works packages through to final account.
* Minimize risk and cost while maximizing value through cost checking and analysis of labor, plant, and materials.
* Possess broad construction industry experience across various sectors and markets in commercial positions with main contracting organizations.
Your Profile
To thrive in this role, you should have:
* Extensive knowledge in managing multi-million-pound packages on major projects.
* Experience working with NEC forms of contract.
* Pre and post-contract experience in large-scale major projects.
* Strategic insight to apply sound judgment regarding the business's strategic direction.
* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related subject.
