CUSTOMER SERVICES
Purpose:
To control and maintain a major OEM account.
Main Duties:
Adherence of customers schedules to meet their specific requirements and timings.
Communicate with customers on open/late orders.
Coordinate with production planning and manufacturing to minimise shortages.
Ensure customer orders are filled and dispatched to meet the requirements of the customer.
Achieve customer KPI, account specific.
Contribute to the introduction of new projects and effective completion of phase-out projects.
Inputting orders onto the system.
