This role is open to Management Accountants/Finance Analysts or Finance Business Partners Salary up to £48,000 Bonus 3 days working from home 25 holidays bank holidays Shares in the business Competitive pensions Must be fully or nearly qualified - ACCA/ACA/CIMA The Business Performance Reporting Accountant will play a critical role in delivering high-quality financial reporting and insight that supports effective decision-making across the organisation. This role is responsible for producing accurate, timely, and insightful reports for senior stakeholders, enabling them to track performance, identify key issues, and plan strategically. ● Produce timely, accurate, and insightful monthly Board reports to ensure senior stakeholders are informed and equipped to make effective strategic decisions. ● Design and deliver performance reports that provide clear insight, enabling senior management and key stakeholders to understand business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and take appropriate action. ● Working with stakeholders across the business to support decision making. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to support data-driven decision-making and drive operational and financial performance. ● Support long-term strategic planning and short-term forecasting activities to ensure robust financial planning and business readiness. ● Provide finance and reporting expertise on business projects and initiatives, including forecasting and scenario modelling, to support successful project outcomes and informed investment decisions. ● Implement and maintain robust processes and controls to ensure all reporting is accurate, consistent, and compliant with internal and external requirements. ● Safeguard the integrity of financial data used in reporting by embedding controls and checks that ensure it accurately reflects the operations of the business. ● Continuously review and improve reporting processes and outputs to enhance efficiency, relevance, and value to the business. ● Provide finance and reporting support on business projects as required
