This is a 6-month temporary role, ideal for a strong administrator who enjoys variety and using their initiative to support a busy team.
Some of the Commercial Administrators duties include:
1. Provide essential administrative support to the sales teams and wider business, ensuring customer requirements are met to the highest standard
2. Process maintenance contracts for both new and existing customers using the company CRM system
3. Assist the commercial team with tasks such as profit and loss analysis, preparing quotations, and keeping systems up to date
4. Use your initiative and problem-solving skills to help the team achieve its goals
We are looking for a confident, capable administrator who can work independently, keep on top of tasks, and support the team where needed. Attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a flexible mindset will make you a great fit.
This will be working Monday to Friday up to 25 hours per week, flexible to suit your availability, earning a salary at or around £ per hour depending on experience.
