Role Overview
You will be responsible for maintaining food & drink documentation, supporting launch timelines, and ensuring smooth menu rollouts across all restaurants and digital platforms. Your role will involve managing administrative tasks, tracking competitor pricing, updating our website, supporting photoshoots, and managing project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all admin and documentation for the Food Team, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
* Track competitor pricing and menus, providing insights for the business.
* Update the Côte at Home website with new product launches and seasonal changes.
* Create documents and packs for website updates and photoshoots.
* Attend photoshoots to ensure dishes meet specifications and capture website-ready images.
* Support launch timelines and project planning with the Head of Food & Drink.
* Manage changes to Deliveroo menus with each new launch.
* Create review packs and proofread specs and documents.
* Organize shared drives and archives for team accessibility.
Ideal Candidate
You should be a confident communicator, an excellent organizer, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. You should have strong attention to detail, great planning skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
* Experience managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
* Proactive mindset with excellent planning and attention to detail.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Comfort with numbers and commercial insights.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
* Background in food & beverage or related lifestyle sectors (preferred).
* A genuine passion for restaurants and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
