What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
* Develop and execute comprehensive training and onboarding programs for the Sales Team

* Manage sales enablement platforms to streamline the sales process

What is Required (Qualifications)
* BS/BA degree required
* 6+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Operations, or related roles
* Proven track record of creating engaging and effective sales training content and programs
* Strong organizational and communication skills to drive alignment and engagement
* Proficiency in Google Suite and Salesforce CRM
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
* Experience with e-learning authoring tools and managing Learning Management Systems
* Strong instructional design skills with the ability to break down complex concepts
* Data‑driven approach with experience using metrics to measure program effectiveness
