Job Description: Sales Representative
£35,000 + sales incentives + hybrid car
In this field sales role you will be tasked with restoring a valuable area to being the companys top sales territory. Key responsibilities include:
Calling on garden centres to increase the sell-in and sell-through of company products.
Inheriting an established call file but planning time to prospect for new business
Supporting customers with in-store training, merchandising and store set-up
Adapting your approach through the seasons to maximise impact
Reporting regular to the National Sales Manager with feedback against targets.
Positive contribution to team meetings - sharing best practice.

Key Skills/Experience Required: Sales Representative
In order to maximise the success of this role we are looking for:
A home location in Yorkshire or the North East of England
At least 5 years of experience as a Sales Representative
A proven track record of business development opening and growing independent retail accounts
A hunter and farmer profile who enjoys managing the business relationship of the customers they win
Particularly interesting would be experience selling to garden centres, building relationships and providing in-store training and merchandising.
Salary/Benefits Information:
£35,000 + sales incentives + hybrid car + fuel card + 23 days paid holiday plus statutory days + pension scheme + DIS benefits + staff discounts
