Offer description

What will you be doing?

Joining us as an IT Access and Knowledge Analyst, you will be helping to provide efficient technology solutions and services for our Members, Customers and colleagues.

Maintaining a controlled environment using the management of ITIL Principles, covering Access & Knowledge, you will ensure that access and identity is managed for all our systems used by our colleagues, customers, and members.

You’ll build knowledge base articles at all levels, ensuring that knowledge is transitioned from Project initiatives into maintained documents.

As part of this role, you will be creating accurate management information for all business areas in relation to the ITIL principles you are responsible for, ensuring that access rights are fully auditable.

Working closely with your team, you’ll provide guidance in defining access rights and privileges as well as assisting with the investigation of access breaches.

How will I know if I am right for this role?

Ideally you will bring previous experience working on an IT Helpdesk or support team as well as being experienced in managing an Active Directory structure. Preferably, you will have gained experience working in an IT Retail environment.

Being able to build strong relationships is vital in our role of influencing and challenging information and process effectively.

Using your own initiative, you will have a desire for continuous improvement, which will support the growth of our continually evolving business.
