About the Role Our Team Leaders play a vital role in our services, including: Supporting the management team in the delivery of the contracted service, leading on an area of specialism Positively promoting the service and WithYou to external stakeholders Managing the staff within the service to ensure that they are well informed, inspired and engaged with WithYous strategic objectives This is a frontline role at WithYou, where you will provide continuity of care through effective partnership working, care coordination, key work responsibilities and intervention delivery.
