My client is currently seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager with at least 1 year of experience to support the delivery of best‑in‑class FM services across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties, including multi‑tenanted industrial, office, and neighborhood retail schemes.
Working in a tight knit team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations, building strong tenant relationships, and helping deliver exceptional service to multiple clients.
Assisting the FM team in contractor management and supplier procurement
Supporting service delivery across client portfolios
Carrying out site and vacant unit inspections with detailed reporting
Managing and administering health & safety and contractor registration systems
Instructing contractors on planned and reactive maintenance work
Assisting with service charge budgets, expenditure tracking, and year‑end reconciliations
Helping to procure utilities, approve invoices, and manage tenant recharges
Minimum 1 year of facilities management experience in a commercial FM environment
Skilled at building strong relationships with tenants and suppliers
Willing to travel to sites across the UK (typically within 2.5 hours)
