Job Title: Temporary Recruitment Advisor
Location: Watford
Remuneration: Hourly rate from £17.00ph to £18.00ph paid on a weekly basis
Contract Details: Starting ASAP up until Christmas with possible extension into the new year. Monday - Friday 37.5hrs a week.
Responsibilities:
* Source and recruit top talent for the organisation
* Collaborate with line managers to understand hiring needs and requirements
* Maintain and update job postings on the portal and social media platforms ( Linked-In )
* Conduct candidate screenings and interviews
* Keeping the tracker up to date
* Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
* Assist in the on boarding process for new hires
What we're looking for:
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Previous experience within sales recruitment
* Ability to handle a high volume of recruitment tasks
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Proactive and self-motivated
