Job Description
Key responsibilities of the PA to Directors include:
* Manage the Directors diaries, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
* Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations as required.
* Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
* Coordinate meetings, ensuring follow-up actions are tracked and completed.
* Maintain organised filing systems for both electronic and physical records.
* Support the Director's with financial and administrative tasks as needed.
* Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries to the Directors.
* Assist with the planning and execution of events or special projects when required.
The Successful Applicant
The successful PA to Directors will have:
* Prior experience in a PA/EA position.
* Experience within the educational industry is highly desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
* An ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
