We are seeking a dedicated HLTA / SEN Teaching Assistant to join an innovation-led primary school in Fleetwood. This is a dynamic hybrid role starting 12th April and running through to 26th July. You will provide HLTA support within a Reception setting and a specialised SEN room, while stepping in as a Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support where needed. Your Summer Term Responsibilities HLTA Leadership: Lead small groups and provide cover within the Reception cohort and the Specialised SEN unit, ensuring high-quality learning continues through the final term of the academic year. SEN Specialist Support: Work within a unit of 12 pupils (split into two rooms of 6). You will support a mixed-age cohort with complex needs, including Autism (ASD) and non-verbal communication profiles.
