As a Commercial Due Diligence Manager, you’ll work across a diverse range of sectors, delivering insight-driven analysis and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead Commercial Due Diligence projects from planning through to final delivery.
* Evaluate market dynamics, customer behaviour, competition, and value drivers.
* Present clear, actionable recommendations to senior client stakeholders.
* Manage client relationships, often working directly with deal team principals and CxOs.
* Contribute to business development and internal strategic growth initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong experience in M&A advisory or strategy consulting, ideally with PE clients.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver Commercial Due Diligence engagements.
* Excellent commercial insight and analytical thinking.
* Confidence working under pressure and delivering to tight timelines.
* Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience.
