The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams across design, procurement, and proposals, ensuring performance meets the needs of a major water framework.
2. Oversee the delivery of feasibility, outline, and detailed design stages, embedding best practice and collaborative working.
3. Act as the key conduit between pre-construction and project management, setting up each project for successful delivery.
4. Drive the Collaborative Target Cost agreement process, ensuring submissions are complete, robust, and to a high standard.
