Reprographics Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity for a Reprographics Administrator to join our Marketing & Student Recruitment department.
The role is varied, and you will be responsible for providing college-wide printing services for both staff and students. The postholder should have previous experience producing booklets, handbooks, and a wide range of printed materials.
You will assist users with specialist printing requests and copying needs submitted through the Colleges Reprographics ticketing system.
The ideal candidate will be well‑organised, possess excellent time‑management skills, and demonstrate strong attention to detail. A positive, can‑do attitude is essential, as you will be required to work flexibly across the department, including providing support with administrative duties such as reception cover.
Qualifications
* Experience working in a reprographics, print room, or similar environment
* Confidence using printing, finishing, and binding equipment
* Good customer service and communication skills and the ability to support staff with printing queries
* The ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment
* A proactive and adaptable approach to work
