Hours: Flexible 2 to 4 evenings a week Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri 5pm-10pm or 5pm-12pm
Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust (BHT) is an integrated provider of acute hospital and community services for people living in Buckinghamshire and the surrounding area.
Wycombe Hospital is the main site for planned (elective) surgery. They also provide specialist treatment for patients with heart conditions and strokes, as well as cancer and urological conditions.
It also includes their Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) for minor injuries and conditions.

We have long term placement opportunities available for Band 3 Radiography Assistant available at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust specifically providing the following:
* Assist Radiographers in the Accident & Emergency (A&E) X-ray department.
* Check in patients at the reception desk in a courteous and efficient manner.
* Liaise with wards and A&E staff to coordinate and arrange patient imaging appointments.
* Book porters using the designated online system.
* Support the safe transfer of patients onto imaging tables when required.
* Maintain a clean and well-stocked work environment, including re-stocking rooms and emptying bins
Skills/Responsibilities
* Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
* IT literate with good keyboard skills for data input
* Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
* Ability to assist with moving and handling when required
