Overview
Customer Assistant - Cafe - Acorn Park Crawley Simply Food at Marks and Spencer. Join our café team to champion delightful food and drink offerings, trends, and exceptional customer service.
Work pattern: Sunday 10:30-16:30, Saturday 11:00-17:00. Role involves helping customers, promoting the café menu, and delivering outstanding service.
Responsibilities
* Serve customers efficiently on the shop floor and at service points.
* Keep the store clean and tidy; ensure shelves are stocked.
* Monitor and contribute towards daily sales targets, priorities, promotions, and selling opportunities.
* Proactively engage with customers, understand their needs, make recommendations, and deliver remarkable service.
* Build expert product knowledge to sell and promote products and services.
* Utilise digital tools and in-store devices to enhance the customer experience and help customers find what they need.
