The Client Data Coordinator is responsible for delivering timely and precise management information (MI) to clients and internal stakeholders within the MITIE Waste & Environmental business unit.
Main Duties
1. Generate and deliver comprehensive monthly MI reports for the organization and its clients, adhering to established timelines and key performance indicators. This includes compiling complex datasets, ensuring data integrity, and formatting reports to meet specific client requirements and contractual obligations.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of MI data to identify patterns and concerns, escalating findings to appropriate members of the team for strategic decision-making.
3. Responsible for liaising with external suppliers to obtain requisite data and documentation necessary for the preparation of monthly waste reports. This includes establishing and maintaining professional relationships with vendors, negotiating data submission deadlines, and implementing quality control measures to verify received information.
4. Develop and implement standardized procedures for data collection, verification, and reporting to enhance efficiency and consistency across all client accounts while maintaining compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address data discrepancies, resolve reporting issues, and continuously improve the accuracy and usefulness of management information provided to clients and internal stakeholders.
What we are looking for
6. Proficient in information technology with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables and graphs to streamline reporting processes and enhance data visualization.
7. Exceptional accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, with proven ability to maintain data integrity across multiple complex datasets
8. Demonstrated ability to independently manage workload and consistently meet strict deadlines, even during periods of high pressure, by employing effective time management and organizational strategies.
9. Excellent written & verbal communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, enabling clear interpretation and presentation of complex data to both technical and non-technical audiences in a compelling and actionable manner.
10. Experience with SQL/MS Visual Studio/Power BI is desirable, particularly in creating interactive dashboards, custom visualizations, and solutions that enhance data accessibility and business intelligence capabilities.
11. Background in environmental services or waste management sectors is advantageous
