The Role
As part of a multi-functional Integrated Project Team (IPT), youll play a key role in business-winning activities and contract management. From drafting and negotiating contracts to supporting bids and proposals, youll help secure and deliver complex, high-value programmes.
What Youll Do
* Lead drafting, negotiation, and management of complex contracts and agreements (NDAs, software licensing, MoUs, etc.)
* Provide commercial support across bids, proposals, pricing, negotiations, and change management
* Manage commercial risk, ensuring compliance with processes and approvals
* Represent the Commercial function in customer and supplier meetings
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver value across projects
What Were Looking For
* Proven track record in Commercial Management and/or Business Winning within Aerospace & Defence
* Strong contract negotiation and administration skills in fast-paced, complex environments
* Experience working with medium-to-high value contracts
* Ability to work collaboratively within IPTs and manage priorities effectively
