FM Conway is seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver - Nights to join our dedicated Water and Drainage Management team. In this vital role, you'll help protecting protect communities and keeping essential infrastructure running smoothly. Working as part of a two-person crew, you'll be at the front line of drainage operations, fromdrain cleaning andclearance to repair and maintenance work.Using specialised vehicles and equipment, you'll help ensure that water flows freely through drainage systems, helping to prevent flooding, minimise disruption, and support a healthier environment. This is a full time, permanent role based in Hickstead, West Sussex.
The duties of the HGV Class 2 Driver - Nights role will include:
-Carrying out a wide range of drainage services, including high-pressure water jetting (HPWJ) to inspect, clean, and maintain drainage networks.
-Responding promptly to drainage issues and emergency callouts, tackling blockages, overflows, and other urgent problems to keep water flowing safely and efficiently.
-Supporting planned and reactive maintenance byclearing, cleaning, and repairing drainage systems as part of routine operations or urgent interventions.
