Job Title: B2B Marketing Lead Location: St. Albans (Hybrid, but must be commutable as some office days will be required) Salary: Competitive (DOE) Sector: FMCG The Opportunity We're partnering with a fast-growing, high-growth FMCG brand that has built a strong D2C presence and is now scaling into B2B distribution across stockists, hotels, cocktail bars, restaurants, and retail channels. The company is also expanding into the US market, creating a unique opportunity for a marketing leader to combine trade/B2B expertise with international experience. They're looking for a Head of B2B Marketing to lead this expansion, owning strategy, driving partner demand, and managing CRM and email campaigns to engage, educate, and convert trade audiences. Key Responsibilities B2B & Trade Marketing Develop and execute the B2B marketing strategy across hospitality, on-trade, and retail channels Support the growth of distribution into bars, hotels, restaurants, and stockists Create trade marketing toolkits, POS materials, sales collateral, and brand assets to enable partners Manage CRM and email marketing campaigns targeted at trade buyers and partners, building relationships and driving engagement Hospitality & On-Trade Activation Design and lead campaigns and activations for trade venues Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and hospitality activations Build advocacy with bartenders, buyers, and trade partners International Expansion Support the brand's US market entry through tailored trade and marketing strategies Work with international partners and distributors to build brand awareness and drive demand Adapt messaging and campaigns for local trade audiences Commercial Collaboration Work closely with sales and leadership teams to align marketing activity with distribution and revenue goals Track campaign and CRM performance, reporting on impact to account acquisition, engagement, and sell-through Requirements Proven experience in B2B / trade marketing within FMCG or consumer brands Experience working with distribution into hospitality, on-trade, or retail channels Strong understanding of CRM and email marketing to engage trade audiences Exposure to international markets (US experience highly desirable) Ability to translate brand positioning into commercially effective campaigns Experience with high-growth or challenger brands is advantageous
