Walker and Sloan are proud to be working with a digital marketing agency in Cheltenham as they are keen to bring on a board a talented Paid Media Specialist to the team who has some great background working with ecommerce clients.
The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering our Paid Search & Social service to a range of clients of varying sectors and sizes. You will manage your own set of clients, collaborate with colleagues and have autonomy to advise and direct the digital marketing strategy for your pool of clients.
Applicants must have at least 3-5 years commercial experience of managing Paid Search & Social for a range of clients. You must also have ecommerce experience.
You must be able to demonstrate how you have helped your clients to significantly improve their ROI for Paid Search & Social campaigns. You must also be proactive in making recommendations to clients on how they can improve their websites and increase conversion rates.
This role can either be Cheltenham based (in Tivoli) with an option to work remotely for part of the week, or we will also consider UK applicants who are looking for 100% remote-working if not local to Gloucestershire.
Your main responsibilities:
* Manage and execute paid social media and paid search campaigns (including Google Shopping campaigns) from start to finish, including achieving objectives, budgeting, targeting, testing and optimisation
* Briefing our creative department for content
* Collaborate with other marketing teams and stakeholders to align paid social media and paid search strategy with overall business goals and brand identity
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various tools and metrics, such as impressions, reach, engagement, conversions and ROI
* Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
* Monitoring sites on a daily, weekly & monthly basis to ensure that Paid Search & Social efforts are achieving the ROI targets for your clients.
* Take an active part in and contribute to our Digital Marketing team.
* Share initiatives, best practices and results.
* Keep up to date with the latest Paid Search & Social trends and best practices.
* Keyword research.
* Conversion rate optimisation.
* Managing of client relationship including regular communication, meetings, calls, and presentations.
* TikTok and LinkedIn preferable.
Ideal candidate:
* Passionate about digital marketing
* 3-5 Years proven experience in managing paid search and social media campaigns
* Proficient in using various social media platforms, tools and analytics, such as; META. Tiktok, Pinterest, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, experience is advantageous.
* Ideally Google Ads and Google Analytics Certified.
* Experience setting up and working with GA4.
* Proven track record of growing ecommerce sales and ROI.
* Excellent copywriting and communication skills, with an eye for detail and creativity
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
* Excellent understanding of traffic and conversion measurement, experience with interpreting such data and deriving insight.
* Seasoned at producing in-depth analysis and reporting on business KPIs.
* Excellent planning, organisation and communication skills, ability to self-manage and keep track of multiple projects streams.
* Confident communicator with excellent writing and speaking skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task.
* Experience of delivering and monitoring digital marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and lead generation.
