The Role
As an MET Technician, you will dismantle, diagnose, and repair vehicles using manufacturer-approved methods and the latest technology. You will work closely with other technicians to ensure efficient, high-quality repairs while maintaining a safe and professional workshop environment.
Key responsibilities:
14. Dismantle and reassemble vehicles safely and efficiently following manufacturer methods
15. Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and carry out required repairs
16. Use modern technology and equipment to maintain high standards of quality and compliance
17. Collaborate with other technicians to support smooth repair workflows
18. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional working environment
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience as an MET Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair setting
20. Strong knowledge of vehicle mechanical, electrical, and trim systems
21. ATA accreditation (or working towards it) is desirable
22. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
23. A professional approach, with integrity, accountability, and pride in your craft
